 This post is much too vague to prompt any kind of response. Perhaps you could elaborate and expand on your question. What is it exactly you see? If that proves too difficult, provide a link to the web site you've taken the 'map' from, that way anyone interested could make a determination from the information available there.

Don't you just love these people who post innocuous, bewildering questions and/or messages and then never bother to return to offer further enlightenment or information? :-/  Talk about unexplained & mysterious. I guess it's just another entry for the 'bizarre' category.
