You lost me at 1+1, LOL.
Actually I do understand some of what you have said, it would be interesting to see armies battle each other without killing anyone. But, the only problem I can forsee would be the production of more deadlier weapons capable of destruction we know not now. Besides the Hydrogen and atomic bombs.

i could be mistaken, but the same guys who supposedly worked on the infamous 'philadelphia experiment' were also working on this kind of thing in the 40's. this application of it probably has to do with some type of technological advancement that lowered the cost enough to make it practical.
