The picture of the man/woman in the white sleeveless shirt is actually meant to be a real person, nothing less/nothing more. (hence the word comparison in the title of the picture)..
It's just showing you him/her standing in the exact same spot that the other "thing" was standing. (as you notice, the gif is animated and switched to a picture of what is actually supposed to be the werewolf or whatever)..
Unfortunately I don't see a werewolf, or anything for that matter in the picture.

They look like two completely different locations. OK so the river is in the top left, but the trees look totally different to me...

Well it's not that I didn't saw somethin on the first pics-or saw some rock(?)- but even in that one I can only see a baboon ape...kind of weird but still a baboon...
