a Question on vb.net

i just got a little question on vb.net i know how to program in vb6 but i never used vb.net and i never seen it will i still be able to use vb.net to program windows application like if i was using  vb6?
or .net is just for making web site kind of stuff?  huh.gif

Why not just use VB6? If you know how to use it. What are you wanting to create?
VB.net is primarily for creating web pages im not sure about other uses though.

vb6 is getting a little outdated plus i only got the working model of vb6 and the shops dont have te retail version of vb6 so i mightjust migrate to vb.net but i never seen it so im not sure if it will be able to make apllication
