It was a desperate attempt to remain "relevant" by being controversy.
Sorry Janet, Madonna does it better and far more effectively.
It was also a blatant attempt to draw some attention away from her weirdo brother's upcoming trial.

I am glad to see that Janet has the ability to defend herself should someone get by her secujrity staff. Odd placement for a throwing star, but I guess it would slow any attackers down watching her access it...

Too many people on both sides of the spectrum have fallen into this mentality that a full one half of the country are the enemy for having different beliefs...in a country based on freedom of expression. It is this infighting that allows the focus to be taken away from "we the people" being able to watch, and have control over government corruption and ineptitude that is running rampant in our leadership.

People should be working towards fixing problems, not creating them.
