I figured this was worth it's own topic because not only did Queen kick *** but still does.

The album Innuendo by Queen was made with the knowledge that Freddie Mercury did not have a lot of time left because the AIDS had taken a firm grasp. The last video they shot was 'Those are the Days of our Lives', by this time it had become impossible for Mercury to hide his fragility. Mercury in the video looked frail and his body looked wasted away.... He died shortly after it's release, but he left a legacy in music that has yet to be out done by any band.

Watching this video knowing what he had went through to even film the video and record the album in 91, it is almost hard to not cry when watching the final video he had shot with Queen.

Here is a link to the final Queen video with Freddie Mercury 'Those Are the Days of our Lives'

I always liked who wants to live forever

At the time he would've known he was dying, as in a way we all are.. such a beautiful song..

Me and my friends stumbled across the video for Miracle a while.
We noticed how bad Mercury looked in it, it's one of my favorites by them.

If you can’t take a bloody nose, go home and crawl under your bed.
It’s not safe out here. It’s wondrous,
with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross…
but it’s not for the timid.

  • Intelligence is sexy.

Josh Gates sounds like Kermit the Frog. (IMHO) *loves him anyway*

My favorite. Makes me cry.

It is one thing to have an open mind, everyone should.
It is another thing to open your mind and slap a "For Rent/Best Offer/First Come First Served" sign on it.

Just because it is a mystery to YOU doesn't make it unexplained.
