Don't see that happening... Movies based on books are rarely good, and these books are trash. What does that say about the films? It's for hormonal 14-year old children who haven't developed a taste for actual literature... The woman can not write.

It is one thing to have an open mind, everyone should.
It is another thing to open your mind and slap a "For Rent/Best Offer/First Come First Served" sign on it.

Just because it is a mystery to YOU doesn't make it unexplained.

If anything the movie was better then the book, which was a cluster-**** of nonsensical whimsy
"There ain't no heroes no villians, ain't no pleasure in killing, just the smoke from the cap peeling a man with no feeling, Tear Drops and Closed Caskets"

Those aren't women. Women wouldn't read these books. Children would.

Unfortunately, I know many women who are obsessed with the books and movies and characters of both. Plenty over 30.

*sigh* One is my best friend. I just introduced her to True Blood. Hoping it will counteract Twilight.

To make use of another's aptly worded phrase:

For the sack of humanity, not Twilight!
