A good mellow soothing song can suffice. Candles and incense are great, a beautiful woman coudn't hurt, dark chocolate, anything pleasing to the senses.
Usually though playing guitar or excersise are my go-to's.
Talking to people that I know I can confide in and that can offer perspective or a laugh is a great way to release aggresion.
Sometimes just screaming does wonders.

We are all carnal creatures by design. Some of us spiritually embrace this while others religiously deny it.

I go hunting. Sitting in the woods, peace, calm, quiet. Then, you get to kill something. Works wonders.

I clean with a vengeance. I'll get into a major snit over something then storm around the house cleaning, my husband knows to just let me be. Then by the time I've finished cleaning the house looks good and it makes me happy and I've pretty much forgotten what I was angry about in the first place.
