How do you get out your aggressions?


I punch my boxing bag, scream in car, go ride my bike or bake
We all have our personal truths, assumptions and beliefs, all of these cannot be proved therefore the arguement is never won. The purpose of presenting other information is to bring into light other possibilities, not to change anyone's beliefs but to show other avenues of reasoning.

I mentally scream into the aether, listen to music and dance like a lunatic, then, focus on the beauty of Nature to get everything back into perspective. Posted Image

It's funny though how aggression seems to be fuelled only by our 'dealings' with other members of our own race. Posted Image

I focus on a solution to the problem, rather than getting angry at it.

By working on the solution, and seeing the future develop with the problem getting solved, then there is no need for aggression.

Put all that negative energy into a positive work towards eliminating the problem.

The future becomes less problematic and more happy. :)
