I just bury my aggressions deep down in my gut. And any new aggressions get buried within all of the other buried aggressions. I'm up to about 80% full now. Lord have mercy when I hit max-load.

Not sure if I can post profanity-laced tirades on youtube. But I'll give it a try.

All negative thoughts from trivial to non-trivial cycle endlessly in my brain due to my OCD/Bipolar Disorder, making them worse and worse, turning trivial issues into major anger-inducing rage. If it wasn't for me suppressing my thoughts with meds I'd explode and do something horrible.

Typically when the meds don't work or I run out I just bite my arm, the pain actually making me feel a bit better. I could be in a completely safe environment with no outside stimuli but just the thoughts of something that irked me that happened anywhere from an hour ago to a year will pop up and cause me to explode in an out of context situation.

Honest to God, it's like mental torture; it's horrid. Sometimes I take a minor overdose just so I can relax and experience true peace of mind. You people have no idea what it's like because you have no frame of reference.

your right , I have no idea
We all have our personal truths, assumptions and beliefs, all of these cannot be proved therefore the arguement is never won. The purpose of presenting other information is to bring into light other possibilities, not to change anyone's beliefs but to show other avenues of reasoning.

I chew gum violently. I just try not to do it around other people because it's noisy.
When I go to heaven, I hope to find out if all the people I gave directions to made it to their destination.

It's bad enough with trivial issues.

When it's non-trivial, like politics...oh man, is it horrible.

I just go for a walk and listen to some music, other times a good ol' cry makes it all better though.

Umm...

It depends on what is available for me to do.

My preference is to do some drumming...usually to something fast and heavy (like some good old Iron Maiden or Judas Priest),then after a while I tone it down to lighter stuff that brings back good memories (like old progressive rock or pop).

Sometimes...I'll head over to a friend's to throw axes, knives,or shuriken.

If I can't do either of the above...I'll just head out somewhere where I can be alone with nature for a while.
"Reality bites and so do I...so deal with it!"

"Geez...one dyslexic human spells your name wrong and you have to deal with it for eons. It's supposed to be DOG,ya doofus!!"
