The immediate future card shows the Five of Cups. This card suggests maybe looking back at some situation in the past and dwelling the negative but not thinking about the positive. The card which suggested that maybe in the past ( not immediate, but not too distant ) you might have left something behind which had maybe good as well as bad things about it, this card is the Eight of Cups, so these could be connected. Maybe dwelling on some situation which was left behind, but only seeing the positive which was left behind so it seems like a mistake, but not thinking about the negative things which were left behind so there is maybe progress also?

The culmination card which reflects more the long term future is the Seven of Pentacles, this card is much more positive, it suggests positive results from work. It was the Ace of Pentacles which suggested a work opportunity as mentioned above, so this could perhaps represent positive results from such an opportunity in the long term future?

Do you maybe have a hobby perhaps that has something to do with taking things that might normally be used for something else, but using them in a different way?

Also, have you been maybe waiting to hear back about something related to money or finances?

The immediate future card is the Wheel of Fortune, this card is kind of vague, but it suggests something which is outside of your control at the moment. Maybe if the above is true, if you are waiting to hear back about something, maybe it suggests a period of having to wait for an answer?

The culmination card which represents more the long term is teh Three of Wands, this card also suggests waiting, like the saying "waiting for my ship to come in", maybe what are you looking for hasn't materialized in the present yet but there is still hope that it will come in the future?

Are you by any chance traveling right now, or planning for a trip? Maybe somehow there is a guidance that is to be ( or has been ) left behind, so maybe now you are traveling alone in some capacity? Maybe there are familial obligations ( or obligations to friends maybe ) but fulfilling those obligations is burdensome at the moment?

The immediate future card is the Three of Wands, and the culmination card which reflects more the long term future is the Two of Pentacles. These cards kind of mean similar things, which is biding your time maybe. The Three of Wands suggests waiting for something to happen, something you hope for. The Two of Pentacles suggests balancing things, but it is a temporary balance, like juggling things so to speak, it can't last forever, so in a sense this card is waiting for something to happen also.
