i havent got xbox live, or an xbox of my own... but when christmas comes (hopfully :unsure2: ) that will change :yes:

I don't see why not.

It's not like giving out your gamertag is any different than putting your AIM/MSN/ICQ on your U.M. profile.

Well, the only difference is with giving your gamertag out, you can frag someone in the face for talking smack, rather than just ignoring them on your instant messengers.
