Anyone think they could do me a quick favor? I have this "Banner" that needs editing, and I'm horrible at graphics myself. If anyone could, could they please change the "10x 10x 3x" to "30x 30x 10x" without ruining the quality?

this is the best I could do. It was really hard without knowing what font it was using

You didn't need to find a font match. To change 10 x 10 x 3 to 30 x 30 x 10, it would have have been as easy as a few cuts, pastes and aligning the existing 1, 0, and 3's.
