WOW now that clearly looks fake. It reminds me of those blow up pool animals that your toddler can ride on. The head NEVER moves and it remains in that same position at the same angle the whole time.

I usually don't blow off these kinds of videos as fake, but this time I can honestly say; That has to be a hoax or misinterpretation of something else. As you said, the head never moves, and it could easily be a blowup-animal, if someone is swimming below it, underwater, and from there pulling it down there towards the end. Otherwise, it could be a log, or a seal (???) with a neck-disorder? XD

I live on lake Champlain, there are no seals in this lake. Generally seals live in salt water oceans, not lakes. Also the head does kinda move in the final 3 seconds if you watch it closely. Also, its moving far too fast to be a log.

Other then the last few seconds it looks fake to me as well. Almost like someone they blacked out a swimmer who was out someone swimming in the lake.

looks like a dog swimming to me.

its just the fact the sun is setting darkens the dogs body.
