not when you stand as a middleman ready to make profits from distributions and dispensations of all kinds


they don't make profit from distributing the software they don't charge a fee of any kind. Any money they make is from advertisement which has nothing to do with any torrent they track.

The fact they track torrents brings people to there sites but they do not profit directly from these pirated torrents.

If everyone could get all music, movies and games for free legally, no one would make them. People have to make a living, and if they can't make a living creating music, movies and games, they won't. They'll go become bankers or janitors or something.
