It's the same old, same old with the true believers. When asked to prove something scientifically, we hear "There are some things that science can't explain, so have an open mind." But when you ask how a Ouija board, or ghosts, or demons do the voodoo that they do, they become experts and authorities on all the rules and regulations. So it's the "Great Unknown" when proof is required, but also fully understood and with rules and penalties already established when someone wants to try using a Ouija board. The logic is...lacking.

That's because spirits in poltergeist activities also feed off your energy *SNIP* - *SIGH*. They feed off your fear and derive some energy from you fearing them. Spirits in poltergeist activity also derive energy from human fears/energy to move items. Notice in poltergeist activities things are usually thrown around. Like pictures falling off the wall, glasses being thrown and chairs moving, etc... Those things require energy from the spirit to move these things. Notice how each poltergeist activity is not done for long durations. When an item like a picture falls off a wall it is taken off the well in like 5 seconds. Chairs move for like 5 seconds or less. Spirits on ouija need your energy in order to move the planchette because it takes energy to do so. Long ouija sessions require energy to move the planchette just as poltergeist activity requires energy to move the items. Poltergeist spirits also need energy to move items and many of them derive energy from you fearing them. They derive energy from human spirits just as the ones through the ouija board.

The ouija planchette can be pushed for seconds at a time by spirits without human interaction. However, it can not be done for long periods of time because that would require alot of energy that they do not have. Ouija planchette and boards have been known to be thrown off the table by spirits. Without humans touching the board or planchette!!

So, while it is difficult for spirits to move even a small, light object normally, when two or more people put the weight of their hands on it, it becomes suddenly easier? And exactly what "interaction" is being used here? The only thing the people are in contact with is the pointer, and I know the spirit is not infesting or possessing it - is it? So how is it in contact now moreso, just because everybody has their hands on a piece of plastic that the spirit can't move anyway, than if it just stood by the table with its ghostly hand on someone's shoulder?

Then why don't they do that? Four solid years for me of Ouija sessions every weekend, and nada - don't you think *something* would have happened? And the number of people I've seen on here since I joined, that claimed the pointer moved by itself, that weren't hysterical 13 year olds, I could count on one hand and still have a few fingers left over.

And the check is in the mail, also. The phrase "have been known to" is a noise phrase, it provides no backing, location, person or even number of people or other demographic. Dungeons & Dragons was "known to have caused" suicides and devil worship.

ummm, no. no one notices that, because these things have been reported to happen for longer durations of time. and besides, this wouldnt refute what i said in any way at all. my point still stands, and has no one who can answer it.

so, they derive energy from us Fearing them (so i guess they cant get any, when we dont fear them?), so a poltergiest doesnt need human contact. but another spirit does? even though the spirits are the same? theyre just spirits. its not like it does into different classifications once your dead. how can you possibly be something different, from the next dead person?

hmmm. weird how it never moves by itseld to a number or letter, yet spirits are Clearly capable of doing such, as we see with poltergiests.
anyways, your posts was nothing but conjecture, and you had absolutely nothing to back it up. so pardon me if i dont take any of it seriously.
