Go to the encounters page and check out "Huron County 2007". Its got a video clip where you can actually hear something growling at the people who experienced it. I don't care if you guys try to tear it apart skeptically, I just think it is a very cool clip. Hearing the growling is awesome.

That's the smartest thing I've read all day.
What's with you kids and the "I'm a Werewolf/Vampire/Alien/time-traveler" threads?
I mean, I'm a Dragon-lord of a distant planet populated with werewolves, Twilight fans that have brains and Britney Spears' career. but you don't see me making threads about it. Ugh, newb.

And yet you just ensured it's longevity by contributing to the thread.

sure. growlings cool, but because you find something 'attractive', does not mean its real, or warrants it being looked at as real.
as EK said, its just growling. could be any sort of animal that projects its 'voice' like that.

Walk out of your Ivory Tower and get off your high horse Mulder. I didn't post it to try and prove anything. I posted it because I found it interesting and amusing. I put it up for those who might find it interesting as well. I sure didn't put it there for you. Hell, the growling could have been added later in the video. If you really have to nit pick every little thing; you are going to live a miserable life, because you will never be happy with anything. I pity you.

Huron County's very near where I am, and we actually have a bunch of reports from Washtenaw and northern (very northern) Oakland Counties as well. But that video could be anything with the growling *shrug* We have a ton of animals wandering around everywhere here at night (even in densely populated areas) and if you let it, your mind can run with a lot of the sounds. Raccoons are one of them- don't know if you guys have ever heard one when it's upset, but they make FREAKY noises and whimpers that could scare the crap outta you in the dark, or if you weren't looking right at it to know what it was. Doesn't prove much except we have a lot of weird stuff here in MI (which we definitely do), from the people to the animals here lol

Agreed. That's almost as bad as saying to someone "k, I'm gonna disappear! But turn around close your eyes and count to ten, no peeking or the magic wont work!"
There's just too many logical possibilities...
