wow. you dont know what youre talking about, or what im talking about, yet try to downplay my opinion, with nothing but yours and your misunderstanding.
the proof for life in the universe is us. finding water helps, as its arguably one of the biggest building blocks in life. this is new to you, and i understand that. but try to keep up.
i only believe in ET life, because its almost guaranteed to be elsewhere, since it happened here.
im not taking into accounts of ET visitation, as that doesnt count for evidence in the search for ET life.

i would have to believe this would most likely be true. we cant get along with other countries let alone those from another planet. Its just not in our nature nor ever will be.
