I was standing on the second floor staring down at a casket, I think it was closed because I could not see anyone in it. The Funeral home was all in white inside, and the floor was black and white checkers... It was really weird. Almost like it was real

I had a dream that I saw and what I think was my funeral, the scary part is that I can't viualize my future and I have a feeling that this is the end of the line. Maybe it is some kind of psychological thing, I hope this is the case for both of us.

one of my friend told me that he dreamed of his father died....
unfortunately it happened....now he's mother is alone with only sons and daughters

Was the casket black, or perhaps gray? Maybe white=life, black=death, and the floor represents the dividing line so to speak, or maybe a line where the two converge, so perhaps thats why it is both colors?

I'm not sure, I believe the casket was like a dark brown color?

Maybe off topic but I had a dream about my death and it was also pretty real.
We (European Union) were at war with China and I was in Chem tank (tank that sprays some dangerous chemicals) when you got sprayed with the tank it makes you hard to breath and get shivering but our tank was captured by the Chinese and we got sprayed with it but the officer shot me in the head since I shot other Chinese soldiers in the head since spraying alone was painfull and after that my dream was blank I dont meant I dont remember what happened then when you wake up but all what I was dreaming later it was darkness everything black.

I though of something else too, maybe black/white represents concreteness, an absolute right/wrong with no middle ground? Death maybe can seem this way, there's no pleading with it so to speak, it's inevitable?

The brown of the coffin, not sure about, but maybe it is ievitability in a more positive way, like nature? Brown like the ground, the trees?
