I recently watched some videos on youtube showing masonic symbols, most noticeably the all seeing eye, in many movies and corporate logos. I want to bring attention to one of the most eerie examples. It involves the actor Christopher Plummer, who is in alot of movies with masonic symbolism, even one movie dealing directly with freemasonry. He's in the upcoming "Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus"(He's Dr. Parnassus). This movie isn't subtle with it's masonic symbolism. There's an all-seeing eye on the movie poster. The videos I watched also theorized that the Joker's final scene in the Dark Knight(where he is hanging upside down by Batman's rope) symbolize the hangingman tarot card. There's also a photo of Ledger in a noose in what I think is a production still from Dr. Parnassus. There's a wild theory than Ledger sacrificed his life as part of a ritual. I know, I know. But dammit, on the news this night played a clip about finishing filming after Ledgers death. Christopher Plummer is interviewed. On the final product of the film with replacement actors in Heath's part, he says, "It turned out so great you'd think Heath's death was planned."

The director of the film, Terry Gilliam, also had the same sentiment, saying something along the lines of things turned out so amazing it's like Heath's death was intended.

there is symbolism in movies, yeah.
we don't exactly know why it's there.

I thought the 'all seeing eye' originated from the Egyptian symbol for the eye of Horus.

I know very little about freemasonry, but a basic look at some of the symbolism and ritual aspects of it reminds me very much of a branch of the occult known as 'ceremonial magic'. Honestly though, I think you're reading too much into some of this.

funny that.
OP is unable to 'read' what's being presented to him [and others who are seeing]

OP [and others] just 'see' it.

it wasn't OP who placed it there.

if i suggest the ones who placed it are 'reading into things' ..that doesn't wash either..

it is indeed there for a purpose.

we just don't know [exactly] what that purpose is yet.
