This is pure utter garbage, just because SOME Israelites worhipped idols doesn't mean all of them did and it doesn't change the word at all, what this piece of garbage of a documentary is suggesting is whatever some Israelites did whether it was the majority of them or not, changes the doctrine of the Jews as preceived today. This is blasphemous and has absolutely no proof that God the Father has a wife.

Actually this would be proof, even if it's not irrefutable proof. And who cares if it's blasphemous?

But wasn't Asherah, Yahweh's mother before she became his wife?

Actually, in very old version bibles, before they became "sanitized" to fit the christians view of what the "word" should be, Chokmah was Yahweh's wife.  Like in every old religions, the concept of a god being single was inconceivable.  

Oh I want to ask you why is history blasphemous to you?  Why your concept shouldn't blasphemous to those who refuse to be brainwashed?

I guess God has a mother nature after all, but too hard for me to grasp the idea of a co-joint female deity (the Yin-Yan in Dharmic or Eastern religions) common in many other religions besides Christianity and Judaism. The myth of a mortal(?) god to have a wife and mother is an extraordinary belief system in a few ancient West Semite religions before the rise of our modern-day Judeo-Christian faith.

From what I read on this controversial not "blasphemous" issue, The Latter-day Saints church believed in the idea of God (his name "Elohim") was a married man  had two sons: Jesus and Lucifer through a natural human way (Elohim's wife was able to mother them) on his world, planet Kolob in another galaxy not far from Earth he ruled, and Elohim expected his son Jesus inherit Earth at this time.

According to Mormon doctrine, Elohim was what one called an alien, but are our ancestors to indicate humans are of extraterrestrial spiritual origin sent here to live on Earth. The jealous Lucifer and his followers, demons were rejects sent into the Earth's underworld, as punishment for challenging Elohim's decision to permit only post-mortem souls chose to be "gods" and let Jesus rule the Earth.

not quite right.  


according to the diffention of alien, god is an alien, he is not of earth.


jesus and lucifer cannot have been on another planet,  they would have already had their own bodies and not needed to come here.  no jesus and lucifer were spirit like you and i were before the earth was even formed.  lucifer was the so called first born and jesus was the last born.  


the rest needs to go to a new thread and i dont feel up to it.

They believe he had 10 wives. Ha, and that he grew up in Salt Lake City. Maybe thats why "God" doesnt care about any of us anymore. His wife is always nagging him, "Why must you always play with your little humans? Come play with me for a change." Damn women.

yes just like a real married couple is.


i am not talking about only those who are married through a ceremony either.  


i am talking about those couples who are truly together out of real love.

GOD is feminine and masculine, GOD always was and always will be, GOD is the yin and yang, positive and negative, GOD is all things, so therefore a wife would be totally unnecessary, much like mine.

You know, God means life. Life is the result of communication between a man and a woman. There is no doubt that every deity has a female companion, but in most cases they are in the background. Same thing goes with goddesses, they have husbands, but often they're in the background.

Offtopic: I'm an archaeologist, too, and I really hate the way journalist report archaeological news. Every discovery is made right in front of the cameras. Once we found a crossbow bolt and there was a TV crew doing interviews with us and the camera guy was like "Hey, I didn't film this, put it back in the ground and let me film as if you find it now."
