I don't think it's a full explaination. It would explain probably 90% of experiences.
There's no way it could explain the effect of windows and doors being knocked or shook, nor does it explain lights flickering while using the board. I've tried for years to understand what happened to me during one experience. So far, I've come to the conclusion that it was something beyond a physical explaination. The ideomotor effect does take place but, when there are other factors at play, then what could that be?? I was scared to the point of never trying it again!!
