thanks boony
Cheers, glad you found it informative.

But I must also express disagreement to a degree, unfortunately, with the following statement:

Hessdalen phenomeanan is not plasma because:

*snipped the rest of it, but scroll up a couple of posts and feel free to read*
I just want to clarify that, so far, the Hessdalen Lights don't appear to match up with other known forms of plasmas.  That does not negate the possibility that these lights are merely a new form, and one which exhibits more stability and less of the volatile conditions that more traditionally understood plasma phenomena appear to display.

Inasmuch that I agree we can't currently label this phenomena definitively as plasma, I also believe that we cannot rule it completely out.  It is something which requires further study and analysis.

And if anyone has additional data or information about Hessdalen, or the other locations which seem to also exhibit the same kind of phenomena, please post any information you have about them.

Cheers. :tu:

Im just saying that is not proven anything. It is not proven that is Plasma. There are just hypothesis. There are no real theory. Same with plasma hypothesis. Just one of hypothesis. I agree must be studied. I dont say that we debunk plasma hypothesis. Sure it can crucial for finding truth.

I just dont love that Plasma hypothesis.
Plasma that you can see on radar yet you dont see in live. Invisible then visible.Illuminated. Geometric shape. Ejecting mini balls. With self regulating mechanism for temperature. That sometimes have different colors white red blue green which is imposible for plasma. That sometimes appears as object. That balls in some cases join togheter in triangualar shape. That can land on ground. It is suspected that flashes preceded before pheonomenan and that is able to release spherical iron particles onto the ground. When researchers pointed laser in light phenomena there were reactions. And plasma that make VLF noise?

It is very strech hypothesis.

Thanks a lot for posting all this, L!
I'm Norwegian and this phenomena was very popular years ago. Everyone had heard about it. The interesting thing, to me, is that there are so many different sightings, and many of them are done by elders many years ago, which means it's unlikely that they read about it elsewhere and decided to make up their own little stories. (Not impossible, but unlikely) Not to mention that so much have been captured on film  :tu:

I was in a hotel in the valley next to Hessdalen 7-8 years ago. In the lounge there they had scrap books showing tons of pictures, newspaper clips, and stories about this phenomena.
Their website is here: http://www.killingdalfjellhotell.no/ in case you would want to contact them. (No mention of the phenomena on the website, as far as I can tell)

I know this isn't much help, but it's what I've got. It's been so long since I've heard anything about this.
Keep up the good work!  :tu:

wow :D
I choose to live in hope, open to possibilites and risk dying wrong rather than to live looking down and possibly missing it all.

"Therefore, the fact that some “structured events” in Hessdalen were recorded by EMBLA, is not a proof that Earth is visited by exogenous probes. Nevertheless this possibility in itself, as a pure work-hypothesis, is not at all excluded by official science, and it is included inside the plans (introduced before) of the SETV project."

Is that wow   because of this?

My wow is actually the whole thing, because it's brilliant. I was a little worried that some of the more exotic aspects were to be ignored or dismissed. I see now that aim is to study and define these as well.

I heard that they discussed about ET probes and similar idea. But also didnt know that they studied or gonna be study in that direction. But it is logic afterall.

These also were mentioned in the other papers but not to this degree of expressed interest.

This is not commercial for book just to show others that even researchers call that hypothetical plasma.
