Maybe we should discuss how to prevent cancer as opposed to how to treat it.

That video is very light in information, but none the less there is no conspiracy.  This has been studied for years and CB1 and CB2 agonists are treatments for certain cancers.  You can put it in search at NCBI and find papers dating back to at least 2002.  More targeted drugs such as receptor agonists along with chemotherapy will become the norm once they start using a more bioinformatic approach to treating cancer.  Biological computer science is still in its adolescence, but widespread sequencing of tumors by the medical community would give it quite a boost and the demand would drive down the cost.

Not true WHAT SO EVER. Logically speaking. Big Pharma would want control the flow of the treatment, cures, etc. So more profit would mean short bad treatments ( pills ,etc ,etc ) while cures could be available to the few people who have money to pay BIGPHARMA and are probably in bed with them so....  majority of the answers lie in nature, others can be created from nature. They say cannabis oil , hemp oil, etc in the first three weeks of diagnosis can cure cancer, there are various natural remedies , i wonder why BIG PHARMA, lobbies the gov , etc to make natural remedies seem crazy . There is MUCH more profit this way, they discontinue pills every few weeks, etc ,etc  ,etc. . All about controlling he supply and demand ( unfortunately they control demand as well through the media )

This will sound awful, but here goes.

We need cancer, we need AIDS. The human population needs culling because we're getting out of hand, the government needs us to be culled without actually murdering us. That's why they're not pumping heaps of funds in to research, they're letting cancer do their work for them.

I remember reading something about a full bone marrow transplant that completely got rid of aids, but it was a experimental procedure that is very dangerous to begone with in the first place.
