Well, maybe the plane people were too afraid to carry snakes on the plane and opted for worms instead. :P

lol Eldorado..I want to know the explanation behind the freak weather event on a seemly cloudless day where it involves a river too, in Scotland. It had to have been a tornado or vortex or something to lift them up.

Anvil, I think you're on the right track here. Take a look at this link. Don't think there's any 'proof positive' for this happening but there's certainly some good circumstantial evidence.
