Appariently they're supposed to be short. quite short. The taller ones are called the greys. They look a lot like the smiley you used, but somewhat different. The big head is a give-in, of course. The eyes take up a good percentage of the head and appariently don't have any lids to them. The noses are allways small and flat, and the mouths are lip-less, but can streach quite wide. It is also said that they small weak jaws and tongues that take up most of their mouth.
The majority of my knowledge is about the head, and the size, and the color. But trust me, there are people here who can fill you in a great deal if they see fit.

Yeh, but we look like we look because of the way we breathe the way we walk, the way we talk and stuff we don't just look like that just because we do.

Otherwise all animals would look the same and wouldn't need different things built into them to help them survive in their environments original.gif

Like for instance do aliens have big lungs and therefore a huge chest area or something like that!

I guess it would depend largely on what type of environment they evolved in wouldn't it. If we go on our own experience with intelligent life as a basis we might say they would most probably be bipedal and with a relatively large brain case.. Anything more descriptive in the looks department would be even wilder speculation and should probably left up to individual imagination

Well, you've got your classic greys. And then there's the ones that are supposed to look just like us. There are some people who claim to have seen lizard-men types and also giants and hairy dwarves..And lets not forget the robots!
If you can think of an Alien type it's more than likely that at least one person has reported seeing it. There's even been reports of space penguins and animated tin-cans! laugh.gif
