and here is his patent for what he calls a Micro Plasma Reactor. LINK
They are nonsense. The Plasma reactor describes a battery with and unknown magical power supply. That's about it. It is big on talk, and nonexistent on detail. It makes claims that my experience in the electrical field just cannot see happening. Now the Gravitational and energy system is even more nonsensical. This is where the plasma reactor starts to actually look good. It at least offers no way to create the magic Keshe describes (creating electricity from "plasma" in a very small box) with the reactor. It says (and please correct me if I am wrong here) that he puts Hydrogen under centrifugal force and surrounds this hydrogen with noble gasses making instant power somehow. From the link:
The new method and technology is described to create - under centrifugal and vacuum conditions - in presence of ionization condition - a turbulence, rotation, compressive and heating of a gaseous matter is created in a reactor by at least one central rotative magnetic field with the purpose of creating plasmatic conditions leading to the creation various magnetic fields where at least the interaction of two magnetic field would lead to the creation of at least one gravitational force phenomena. In a reactor-embodiment a chain of energetic events is created via a rotative magnetic initiation of a basic ionization of a gas (i.e. hydrogen) which then triggers a controllable chain of energy transfers (Scintillation) to the next following layer(s) of introduced gasses (i.e. He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe), of all other introduced elements of the periodic table (i.e. Li, Be, K, Ca, Ti, ... Pt, etc.) and/or their introduced molecule combinations (i.e. a vapor). A central colums has magnetic means to start the process. Various concepts, applications and products are disclosed, such as space travel and atomic welding
There you go, good way to get past it. (Spelling teach!! No apple for you today!) Just explain to me how this process makes sense, and we will be on our way. It is more work than flicking through youtube vids, but its the crux of this conundrum. If Keshe is on the level, what is this nonsense all about? Noble gasses do not excite hydrogen into creating power. Let alone a steady usable form.
Free Energy promise = scam. Nothing is free.

I wonder what keshe will do next. Most probably he will start his phony institute in order to extort money from the public.
He seems to be doing fine just on promise alone. You know the old saying, if it isn't broken, don't fix it!

I have a feeling he will follow the example of people like Paul Pantone by setting up an institute with some phony reactors and some phony licensees. the free energy field is filled with so many freaks but still I am attracted to it. i still hope someone will come up with a viable free energy and antigravity device. Hope against hope. But I cant help admiring guys like Keshe, Pantone and others. It takes some brains to keep people interested in them even if they dont deliver on promises . I mean they manage to write huge patents even if they are filled with nonsense and succeed in getting money from people. I cant do that. I dont have the brains for that. It is a skill. These men are obviously very intelligent. I cant even think of how to do it. But these guys do. And they convince some people.
Even a granted patent merely confirms an innovative idea, not that the idea represents viable/workable technology. In this case the patents are only published, not granted.
Who is the skeptic: the realist who won't accept belief, or the believer who won't accept reality?

I take your point...but why apply for a patent, with the expense and work involved if you didn't have faith in it?
It shows someone is serious to open up their invention for minute scrutiny for a patent.
Some people on the thread are judging Keshe but it seems that he is working through a process of releasing his
technology...and we're in the middle of that process, not the end. So who knows where it could lead.
Perhaps Mehran Keshe will arrive at the 21st April event in a little flying saucer...that would be good...
If I alter the reality to fit the fantasy I can prove anything.

.
There are patent kits out there that make patenting inexpensive and easy. Patenting something gives it an air of authenticity even if it doesn't exist. If you look at Keshe's patents, they give no real details so there is nothing to steal.
Keshe's track record of something preventing the display of his technology while he continues to rake in the money on tours and conferences leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths.
The sheer odds of a civilization advancing, developing space travel, deciding to search our little corner of the galaxy, arriving at just the right time and actually helping us is so huge, you would have a greater chance of winning several lotteries in a single year. - SensibleLogic

why so cynical?
oh look...the scoundrel intends to GIVE AWAY his technology for FREE.....
We gave our knowledge in space program free of charge and as a gift to Iranian scientists.
Thus this will be the same for the rest.
We do not and shall not sell our technology to the officials, governments and space agencies whom attend the meeting, but the technology will be given as a gift to them as part of our belief in the mans equality in knowledge share.
This time around there will be no one nation in space, but all together and in one move.
How each entity commercialises their part of new knowledge from us to increase their research then this will be in the hand of each government and organisation.
Our space technology will be a gift to your nations and not a sale.
We have asked for public to be there that this time the technology will not be shelved, but in open to be used for the good of all men, irrespective of nations and religions.
We will invite ISA, NASA as ESA and this time we will work in one direction and not whom will be the super-power.
Today is the first day of the spring and a new beginning for mankind and this will the way we have set our goal.
New beginning, New ethos and new Science for this era.
In this meeting African nations will have the same opportunity in developing their space program as Iran, USA and Russia will have. Whom does not attend will be their lose and shame on their arrogance.
As I said in my recent talks in Holland, Can you pay dollars or gold to beings in space, whom we will encounter soon.
Monitory values of the man will be gift of man for the earth living and in space we will work and support each other as one planet and no payment.
There are no Mc Donald’s and no bread shops to buy food from in space.
The Keshe Foundation has done all its work to take the man into space independent of the earth resources and now we are ready to share the whole knowledge with the whole of mankind.
No patent no peer-review control, all our knowledge is for all nations and all men.
Welcome the true world of the humanity and the ethos of the Keshe Foundation of once of mankind.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please - Mark Twain

You might not have faith in it, but for all intents and purposes if you can claims you have a number of patents (no matter how ridiculous) you can bolster your case.

No, in fact it does not. You can submit some pretty silly patents that has no substance to them, but only encompasses a principle.

To me, no. It does not at all seem that way to be honest. If he was a true researcher releasing his technology we would have seen a lot more by now. Something substantial.

I think you might be shocked to find just how many people are working on perpetual motions machines and free energy devices in their backyards. And this is where if the concept is possible that I think it might surface. This enigma is one that eludes science and to date and in general many discoveries do not come with the great cry of Eureka! But more often a quiet "that's odd".
It is admirable that so many refuse to give up and I share in your hope. But it is this hope that keeps people like Rossi and Keshe from ever having to do an honest days work. I detest that.
