It's not just humans who struggle with their concentration in old age – spiders suffer from senior moments too.

Researchers have found that common house spiders lose the ability to weave neat webs as they approach the twilight of their life.

While youngsters produce tidy circles with perfect angles and evenly spaced gaps, their older counterparts’ efforts include gaping holes and eccentric patterns.

The older the spider gets, the more chaotic its web becomes. Scientists believe the arachnids’ simple brains degenerate over time in just the same way as people’s.

Maybe that's why some of them seem to have an affinity for 'haunting' my room. They feel a kindred spirit.

I love spiders! I'm not going to tell my 8 legged friend rosie this info,She along with all other females hates age! aha
