I'll add my suggestion to do away with the Ouija until you have this particular mess cleaned up.  I still have mine and play with it on the occasion, but with much more precaution now.  I use a ring of white candles and envision myself in a peaceful, white cube.  And since I don't believe in prayer, I simply ask to speak to only the good and helpful spirits and for the ones who wish to bring negativity and harm to stay where they belong.  Again, they have no right into this dimension unless you allow them.  The Ouija can be fun, exciting, and helpful, but only when used correctly.  Otherwise, you get little pests like the one you have attached to you now.

Calling out to it as if it were an equal, is basically what I've been doing. Though when lay down to sleep, I feel involuntary twitches occur all over my body... Which I try to ignore, Then as I'm just about to doze off, my leg violently jolts up, waking me to full alert and causing my adrenaline to kick in. It's like it's trying to break me down, which makes sense, because sleep deprevation is probably the best way to weaken someone, if your power is as limited as theirs. That's my theory anyway...

I have read that others have tried the white light method, so I'll give it a shot. Thank you very much Obssessive for your input.

I had to get nasty with mine.  I was between 14 and 16 with the bugger that attached itself to me.  I may be a tiny little girl, but I got as scary as the thing was to me.  I was tired of being watched, of being afraid (they attack me through night terrors to break me down), and it was time for me to just get mad.  I finally got rid of them.  I still sense spirits around me always, but the malevolent ones seemed to have finally taken a walk.  I'm 23 now and barely have any issues.  I'm definitely afraid for your state of mind as your sleep deprivation worsens.  Tell it to stop touching you, it's not allowed in your home, and to go back to where it came from.  You'll have to fight it, definitely.  Don't back down.  This is your body, you protect it.  Let me know how it goes and if I can help any further.

Thanks for your advice WWP. I'm not religious, kind of have my own views on things. But I do keep an open mind to that of God and Jesus and what not. Like I said, I went to the church, and took their advice. When I spoke the prayer and spread the holy water, I gained some relief. But I believe if God is responsible for everything that is, and gave us the gift of free will, I'd like to think god would want us to start looking within ourselves when seeking guidance and retribution, instead of always looking up. I'm not one to ask someone to fight my battles for me, not even god, but I would certainly fight with him.

What I hear u saying is that you do not like the consequences/results but u are not willing to stop the behavior. I hear u saying that u want God to protect u even though u don't believe in Him. You think that there might be some safe way to do something that has harmed u and u are willing to take the advice of strangers regarding your safety and wellbeing. You are not afraid of God or the Devil but u seek advice on how to use them and be safe from them. I do not understand. I think u should stop while u are ahead. I honestly hope that u do not get hurt. There are some doors we just should not open. What is it that u are hoping to acheive or find out or gain?

The truth, Portraitartist, the truth....

At any cost.

I never said that I wanted god to protect me, only that I am open to gods protection. I never said that I didn't believe in god, I just haven't defined what I believe god to infact, be. Do I believe God to be an old man with a long white beard and a robe, sitting on a throne in the sky, deciding who goes "up" and who goes "down"? No. But looking at the way the world, even the universe itself works... There are to many coincidences and unlikely occurrences that it's hard not to believe there is some kind if higher power of intelligence at work.

I believe that if there were doors we were not meant to open, we would not be able to. Just like Its wrong to pick your nose... But If we were not suppose to, why are my nostrils perfectly shaped to allow my finger access?... XD

But in all seriousness, I think there's always more than one way to do something. I'm absolutely open to the advice of strangers, anyone who has greater knowledge then me, that I can test. I know this path is potentially dangerous, but it doesn't frighten me. I can't ignore this feeling that I'm suppose to do this. Go where most are to afraid to venture. Perhaps I'm nieve, or crazy... But if you believe we are of gods creation, wouldn't it make sense that I was made to feel this way for a reason?

I appreciate your concern, though, I can't put it down and forget about it. It would feel as though I'm denying something that's calling for me. Even so, I want to use everything I can at my disposal to keep these evil beings in their place.

Think of all the things man has accomplished in history, even though someone said it was "dangerous" or we "Weren't suppose to". Where would we be now? This is a new frontier, like any other, and I'm willing to trek to the darkest corners, if I must.

Gh0stwalker, I think the best advice was given by WesleyWyndhamPrice. Of course, I'm a devout Christian.

I think the evil in the supernatural world is beyond our comprehension. It would be foolish for a man to wrestle a tiger by themselves. It is also foolish to wrestle with supernatural evil without God's help. This evil seeks the destruction of every human soul possible. It doesn't matter to it how this is accomplished - belief or non-belief, fear or cunning manipulation. This evil is very, very old and knows our behaviors, fears, flaws and weaknesses far, far better than we do.

Leave the board alone and take the advice of WesleyWyndhamPrice.

God Bless.

Sure it would be foolish for a man to face a tiger, yet you can't deny the fact that it's possible for the man to be victorious...

I've been given advice from people who have been in the same situation as I have, And have eliminated the entity. They did not turn to god to solve all their Problems for them, nor will I. I'll take all the knowledge they have given me, and use it to my advantage. God is more than welcome to stand by my side through it. But I will stand behind no one. I did this to myself, so it's only right that I be the one to un-do it.

I don't think religion, and submitting to the power of god is the only answer to dealing with matters such as these. I believe it all stems from the power of ones will. If you are strong enough and don't give in, If you show it you have no fear and don't submit to this evil... You will be victorious.

Only time will tell...

I have never used a Ouija Board myself, but I believe what you're saying. It sounds like the advice from the priest worked before, so if you haven't already maybe trying that again will make it go away. I have things in my house that sometimes make me feel uncomfortable, and whenever they do I get this feeling inside me like they can't hurt me (that's the best way I know how to describe it.) And I give the room my 'what the fu*k do you think you're doing' look, and the uncomfortable feeling goes away. I don't know if any of this helps you or not but I hope you are able to sleep easy soon.

Thanks Scargirl92

Last night I was able to sleep a little easier. The more confident I feel, the weaker it seems to get. A few days ago, whenever I was alone, I'd get these muscle spasms all over my body. Then when I went to bed it got a lot worse and my legs started to tingle almost instantly, felt like they were falling asleep. The feeling kept creeping higher up my legs to my body. I had to roll around for hours before I'd eventually fall asleep. By then, the sun had risen.

But every night, I became more confident that I could beat this, and every night It got weaker. Also, when I'd close my eyes I'd see.... What I can only describe as demonic faces... At first I was a little intimidated, but then I started to imagine coming face to face with them, looking them straight in the eyes, filled with rage. Void of fear. Those too started to subside. Last night I was able to fall asleep before the sun came up.

I also found an article about a guy in the same position as I. Used a Ouija Board, released something. He said that he felt the numbing feeling to, but I guess whatever it was had a lot more strength, as it temporarily possessed his body, so it could speak through him.... I tried letting the feeling take over, see if I could speak to it. The feeling became very intense, but it was never able to fully take over...

We'll see if tonight gets any easier...

Willpower is an amazing thing, as long as you don't give in or give up, you can overcome and conquer anything. I have poor circulation in my left arm it usually bothers me and gives me a tingly feeling, I know it's not what you are describing but I've found that if I walk around a bit it goes away. If the tingly feeling you get ever happens again maybe walking a bit around the room will help it. It's good you are not afraid of this thing, since they are supposed to feed on fear (or something like that.) Good luck getting rid of this thing.

I agree with the box of white light as a way of protection, I've read about a similar thing before and I've used it when I felt paranoid and felt safer.

I also read that if you make a hexagram (I'm not sure if it needs to be any specific materials), and write AGLA down the middle (which is an acronym that means "god is almighty" or something like that in Hebrew) and keep it on you, it's supposed to keep evil spirits/entities at bay. Although I haven't been able to test  this since I haven't had anything evil approach me or even good although I have had a very few paranormal experiences. I don't know, maybe it will work. I made one with paper. Lol.

Yes, fear is their only real weapon. They are only as powerful as you let them be. Last night I tried one final method which I was informed of by a helpful user, which also worked for them when they were experiencing a similar case as mine.

Take a piece of paper, then draw an image on it. This image should be something important to you, more specifically a symbol which you believe best represents you. Something that brings to mind courage and power. Then, state out loud that this is YOUR power, and that any and all things that oppose your well being, are absorbed into this image, like a black hole. After that, light the paper, and watch it burn. The idea, is that the demon burns with it.

Well like I said, nothing is too absurd in my mind when it comes to things like these. So I gave it a shot. Interesting enough, I felt a sense of relief afterwards. Maybe the demon truly was destroyed. Or maybe the simple fact that I believed it worked, caused the satisfaction. I like to think of these things like Steven Kings IT. they feed off your fear, manipulating your perception of everything, yet it's greatest weapon is also it's greatest weakness. Some people say god is the answer, some say performing a ritual, and even something as simple as burning a piece of paper. I believe, there is no definitive answer to dealing with demons, as they are all correct, just as long as you truly believe they are.

Needless to say I was not bothered in my sleep last night. I think I've eliminated it. Though most would probably look at this as a negative experience, I think its quite positive. I've learned a lot, and have a few new tricks up my sleeve when dealing with these pests. Which knowing me, is sure to happen again.....

Dataslayer,
Like I mentioned before, I believe if you have faith in that symbols ability to protect you, whatever it may be, It will work. Just as demons have the ability to manipulate your mind, you can turn the tables and use it against them.
Your mind is the weapon.

Thank you for everyones support.

Until my next encounter....

Very good.  I'm glad you found something that works for you.  :)  Everyone is different and everything affects a person differently.  Helpful method.  Never thought of that one before.

I am open to the possibilty of just about anything, but that does not change the FACT that a ouija board is a game invented by Parker Bros..
Someone always says this in a Ouija board thread, just like someone always says atheists don't get possessed in a thread about possession. Neither of those "facts" are true. Using a Ouija board is a form of automatic writing, which has been around since at least 1100 CE, if not sooner. Some say the ancient Egyptians and Greeks did it long before that. The modern Ouija board was invented in the 1890s, and was an evolution of automatic writing, table tipping, and other methods for communicating with spirits that became popular during a Spiritualism craze that swept the US and Europe in the mid 1800s. Parker Brothers didn't acquire the rights to make them until 1966.
