What do you stand to gain by this?  When you ask them to "face me" what do you expect to happen?  This case has not been solved in 20 years.  Arizona is such a transient state that I highly doubt any of these people even live in Arizona anymore.  Who says if the suspect(s) even still live here?  Who says the suspect(s) even lived in Arizona to begin with?  The perp(s) could have been visiting here, driving thru, working here on business for a short time, or God only knows.  It is sad to say but I think this case has long been forgotten, something people dont even know happened, or simply do not care.  You are pissing in the wind with your power move here.

I wont get into the fact that a police station is at 39th Ave and Cactus.  Merely a mile to a mile and a quarter away from where this cruel and heinous act occurred.  And I wont get into the competency of the PPD.  Lets face it, a large majority of crimes are solved by witnesses coming forward and ratting people out for the crimes they allegedly did to save their own ass.  This has not happened in the 20 years since what happened to poor Angela.  And probably wont happen.  It is a strong possibility that the perp(s) have since died or are incarcerated, given a dirt nap, or again God only knows.  Do you seriously think you are going to reinvent the wheel here so to speak, with conjecture and speculation?  Do you think PPD has not already looked into and exhausted everything you are bringing up now?

You flip flop around on your theories.  For a while you seemed to think it was the boyfriend.  I will refer to him as "Krack".  POI is short for Person Of Interest.  Now it seems you are not thinking it was Krack.  Have you ever heard the term innocent until proven guilty? Then come all the posts about the 'warlocks' at a Halloween party who now could have been viewed as 'monks.'  Which is it?  If someone was dressed as a feminine hygiene product at the Halloween party would you include them as a potential suspect or POI as well?  What if this person was gay or straight or dressed normal or was a cross dresser? would it matter?  What if the person had ketchup on the costume would you think it was blood?  Why single out the movie Silence of the Lambs?  What about all the movies made around that time that could have a potential link or tie in to what happened to poor Angela?  Did you look into those?

Then you paint the Fisher King into the picture as a POI.  From my knowledge of him he has fished in the area that Angela's head was found for years.  Whats my point?  Hypothetically speaking lets say there was a place you went to for coffee or to eat at for years and years.  Lets say a dead body was found at this place.  How would you feel if someone on the internet was making posts that Lucas North the justice seeker should be a suspect or at the very least a POI in how the person got dead?  Much less 20 years later someone making posts on the internet indicating you as a suspect or POI if the case went unsolved merely because of the fact you ate for years at the place the body was found.

It was horrible what happened to Angela and how this case has gone unsolved.  I think we agree on this.  What I can not agree on is how you are putting people in the spotlight with speculation, conjecture, could of should of would haves, and things that most likely PPD have already exhausted in the course of the investigation.  In a case such as this the old analogy of "Its not what you know, its what you can prove" holds a lot of weight.  I just think you are doing more harm then good here.  But by all means carry on if it makes you happy.

Ok let me explain this to you.I thought Krakowiecki did it because of several reasons.First the time he reported her missing was reported at 11:40,but it turned out he reported her missing at 8:00.Then the coworkers saying they were having problems,but he says they didnt.The whole "warlocks"theory came after this and changed my whole opinion of who did it.I have credible intelligence that a member of this group"John" may have very well been a coworker of Angela's.I have credible inteligence that a purple bike was seen inpossesion of this group and purple bikes were rare at that time(Angela rode a purple bike).Our suspects are Ronnie,Chris and John who I need last names for all 3(do you have them?).Then we have the unidentified individual who had the purple bike at his/her apartment.This group may have possibly been involved with Mark Qualls(do you know his current whereabouts?/is he still alive?) and Willaim Dewain Loyd(you know him too?).Listen if you truly want this case solved help me by answering those questions.And yes I will be in the park at 7pm.All the evidence tells me there are several individuals involved in Angela and Melanie's homicides so it's not that far-fetched that one of them still lives here in the Valley.I would love to get a chance to confront them.

I understand your frustration with Lucas and his statement about going to there on 11/8. But what strikes me as odd is that this is your first post ever on this forum. I have a hard time believing his post touched you in such a away you had to sign up and say something. Granted my first ever post to this web site was in this topic, but I have a unique tie to this case. Same goes with Steve. My first post was to clear up some of the allegations Lucas was publishing. Steves first post was to bring Melanines side to this topic. Which I feel is good information, as Angies case got a lot of media and Melanie's didnt. So i guess my question is what really brings you here. There are 1.4 million people in phoenix and 99.9999999% of them don’t even know who Angie Brosso is. Even less know who Melanine is (not saying Melanie was not important, as all life is, but Angie got more Media). Joe schmoe off the street does not just stumble across this topic, as you have stated it is almost 20 years old.

Lucas has explained his interest with this case, and how he found out about it. I think he is a little over the top(sorry Lucas) but he means well. And if it wasnt for him Angie would be a cold case that only a hand full still follow. There are several cold cases from the PHX area that have long since died off. I actually cant believe im defending Lucas, but he does want to continue digging and coming up with theories, and I welcome it. I was his top suspect, and he is what made me post after 19 years of keeping it to myself. We have talked about all kinds of theories, including the fisherman. And I will personally entertain any question he or anyone else has. We all have a common goal here.

So with that being said, I don’t think you stumbled across this thread. There have been other  long term members of this forum that have chimed in to cross examine Lucas(which I would expect as members of this forum follow these kinds of stories). But,You are a brand new user , and right out of the gate you are shooting holes in all of Lucas’s posts. Granted I do it all the time, but I didn’t come in guns a blazing with 10 different theories in site. I wanted to clear up what he posted about me, and then decided to stay and see if I could help.

Here we stand just 3 days away form the 20th aniversary of November 8th 1992.Angela Brosso left her apartment that night at 7pm and was found the next mourning decapitated and disemboweld in the park next to her apartments.Her head was found in the Arizona Canal 11 days later and in March 1994,"biological evidence" linked her murder to the September 1993 murder of Melanie Bernas.We have suspects,a group of individuals who dressed as warlocks for a 1992 Halloween party at the Woodstone Apartments.We know them as Ronnie,Chris and John.We do not have their last names.Ronnie or Chris aparently had a relative who lived at Woodstone in a first floor unit that ran along the eastern wall of the complex(had a view of park where Angela's body was found).This unidentified relative allegedly was seen with Angela Brosso's missing 1992 Diamondback Topanga bicycle.This bicycle is unique because the Topanga from 1992 was a white colored frame,but this one was a rare purple colored frame.It was purchased sometime in late summer 1992 at a Scottsdale bike shop.Melanie Bernas' lived near Scottsdale in the upscale east Phoenix neihborhood of Arcadia.Acording to poster Steve Rino,she was allegedly hit by a "sedan" and kidnaped and dumped in the same canal where Angela Brosso's head was found by Mark Qualls.The killers may have a tie to the Scottsdale area,at least one of them.A possible assosiate of the group went to Scottsdale High School.His name is William Dewain Loyd aka "Bubby".He is a gay man who has crossdresser friends and one of the men suspected was a crossdresser.He has posted suspicious statements across the internet about this case.Also Qualls himself could of been involved.A poster named Buster69 emailed me and told me of Qualls' bizzare past.He was described as a "foot soldier" who knew the area well.And was described as a "bike freak who did wheelies on his stingray in his twenties".There is an article about Qualls entiled"Canal man who found head has many problems" I cannot provide a link to it,this site won't let me,however if you want to read it type in Angela Brosso in the google search engine by clicking "news" on the bar.Typing Mark Qualls for some reason doesn't work.So we have a possible link to Scottsdale/Arcadia area.We have possible links to Devry/Syntellect.If you have any info please share it here.Maybe we can end this in time for the 20th aniversary....

Can you please elaborate jaycube? If they did such a great job then why let the guy with the magicaly dissapearing purple bike off the hook?If that was their "best job" then they should be working at Mcdonalds instead of being detectives.Leo Spelioupolous botched this case big time.

I just discovered a brand new article on azcentral.com in regards to the case.It has recent quotes from Angela Brosso's mother and Melanie Bernas' father.They also put up an old article from Nov.13 1993 that lists Brosso's bike's serial numbers:ipd206645.One thing about the new article thats new is the revelation that police believe that the killer/killers has"specialized training in the millitary" because of the "fast and efficient way they were executed".Did Ronnie/Chris/John/Loyd/Qualls/any of there friends have millitary background?This could be the missing link .....

In Silence of the Lambs Doctor Hannibal Lector asked Clarice Starling about Buffalo Bill."What does he do this man you seek?""He kills women",a flustered Clarice responds."No! Thats coincidental,he covets and how do we begin to covet?".In that movie Buffalo Bill coveted the flesh of his victims,kidnapping multiple women and killing them.Then he "skinned" their bodies to make a female cover for himself.A gay man who was so confused by his own identity that he only thought he was a transexual.The article Saturday revealed a 20 year secret;the man who stabbed Brosso and Bernas to death has specialized millitary training.Its not hard to think that someone with a millitary background could be disturbed.Its possible he served in the Gulf War,maybe was dishonorably discharged,maybe seemed perfectly fine.The person who cut into Brosso's torso attempted to"skin" her according to a November 22 1992 article from the Arizona Republic,just like in Silence of the Lambs.It has been revealed that members of the suspected "warlock" goup were gay and into crossdressing.But it wasnt the skin they coveted,because none of Brosso's flesh or organs were missing.So we have to ask ourselfs what did they covet? Today is November 8th 2012.Exactly 20 years ago right now Angela Brosso was still alive and living her final hours.At 7pm on Sunday November 8th 1992,she left her apartment for a bike ride through Cave Creek Park(25th ave Cactus) and dissapeared.Her body was found in what was then a dirt field next to her apartments at aprx 9:20 am on November 9th.The killers had roughly a 14:20 window of time to kill Brosso,decapitate and disembowel her and dump her body.The murder of Angela Brosso is arguably the most bizzare and brutal homicide the city of Phoenix has ever seen.It is right next to the murder(suicide?) of Phoenix police Srgnt Sean Drenth as the most mysterious unsolved cold case the Valley of the Sun has probably ever known.It all started 20 years ago tonight.We have suspects,men who dressed as "warlocks" from a 1992 Haloween party who were allegedly seen with Brosso's missing purple 21 speed diamondback topanga bike in the days after her killing.Their names are "Ronnie"-a self proclaimed warlock and crossdresser,a man named"Chris" and a man named "John"who was a "computer geek" who recently had moved to Woodstone Apartments to"be closer to his job".He was described as having"sandy hair,thin build and in his late 20's or early 30's(in 1992).Unfortunatly we do not have last names for any of them.Then there is a man who could be involved with thos group:William Dewain Loyd aka "bubby".A now 40 year old gay North Phoenix resident who has posted strangely about this case around the internet.Mark Qualls aka fisherking/rambo.He would be 59 years old if he is still alive.He fished daily in the Arizona Canal where he discovered Brosso's missing head on Friday November 19th 1992.He became a local celebratie for his discovery and an article that can be found on google decribes his bizzare past.The article is entitled"Canal man who found head has many problems",I can't provide a link for some stupid reason.You can read it if you type in the name of the article in the google search engine.There are 2 unidentified co-workers of Angela Brosso at Syntellect who said that she and her boyfriend,Joseph Krakowiecki,were "having problems and she was planning to move out".Krakowiecki has denied these claims and throught my questioning of him on this site,has proven himself to be innocent in the murder of his girlfriend.I would like to take the time to publicly apologize to him for suspecting him in the earlier days of this thread.I refuse to give up on this case.It has recently come to light that the man who killed Brosso and Melanie Bernas is believed to of had "specialized training in the military" because of the"fast and efficient" way both girls were killed.Acording to articles both girls were killed by"some kind of stabbing to the upper torso".Tonight I have asked for the killer/killers of Angela Brosso to meet me in the park where they dumped Angela tonight at 7pm to mark the 20th aniversary.Yes I will be there waiting for them,alone.I will involve no police or any others.I will see them in 3 hours and 15 minutes if they choose to show which I hope they will.I ask anyone interested in the case to never let this thread die,its the only think keeping this case from being forgotten by the inept Phoenix cold case unit.

I was there waiting and they didn't show.What a suprise after all they are cowards by definition because of who their victims were.They don't pick on people their own size.They don't go after people who are expecting them.So where do we sit? I think tommorow we should dedicate this forum to Angela's memory.I will be posting an article by Ej Montini tommorow on the aniversary of when her body was discovered.This isn't over.I won't forget about this case just because they didn't show up.You know it help I was down there at 7pm on November because I was in the exact same position that Angela was.It was dark,yes there were clouds/light rain tonight,but it's not suprising that no know witnesses ever came forward to Angela being abducted.I believe she was killed around that loop north of Cactus and thrown into a viechle and taken back to a house somewhere in the nearby vicinity.We need to know where.We need more info on Ronnie,Chris,John,Loyd,Qualls all of them.If anybody is reading this and you have something,any little drop in the bucket thing please give it to us.If you follow the thread promote it,tell your friends about it.I just did to a gas station attendent who will probably get a kick out of reading this sentence.We the people can some together and solve this.If cold cases from the 50s and 60s are being solved,why not a case from 1992? Just because the Phoenix police department doesn't care doesn't mean we shouldn't.This case is closer then ever to being solved thanks to the information revealed by this thread in it's 11 months of existence.If Angela and Melanie's families are reading this I want you to know we haven't forgotten about what happened to them and won't.They will have their justice one way or another.......
