I often have dreams that come true the exact way I see them a few days or weeks later. The dreams are so vivid that when the event happend from the beginning of the dream it seems like I'm re-living events. For a while I was able to block out the dreams now they are back and even stronger. Is there a way to control the dreams and to have the visions while I'm not sleeping? The visiosn are useful it's just hard when they start in the middle of an event. The dreams are vivid, full conversations, actions, places. And only with people I know in them.

The other thing I've experiences is very bad feelings the day of , days or weeks or month before soemthing is goign to go wrong, there is only a feeling, is there a way to get more information on on the feeling of something wrong? An exemple of this is when I was younger I had a very bad feeling leaving home, that same day there was a very bad accident I didn't know anyone who was in it though.

I'm not very good a meditation if anyone would be willing to give tips on this, I know relaxing helped make teh dreams longer and clearer.
Any help with the feeling of something being wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Side note *I'm not the only one in my family who has these dreams.
Thanks. ^_^

Your dreams are intended to help you with life. There is no need to block them out. A productive meditative practice will help you apply these precognitive insights so that you can adjust to the coming events or alter them if that is appropriate.

It is interesting that families do carry potentials for ESP in the bloodline. I suspect that much of the time this trate is not cultivated. I suggest that you become proactive both for yourself and the coming generations. There are many ways to evolve meditative practices. My preferences for this is through telepathy.

Best Wishes!!

Thanks John,

I had block out the dreams and everything because I was starting to feel the emotions of people around me. Trying to block out other peoples feelings, in doing so I also block out the dreams. The dreams have come back the feeling others emotions not yet. Not looking forward to that though because I have no idea how to control it.

Yes controlling insights of any kind is not directly doable. The conduit for communication is a person's higher self. Building that relationship with your inner wisdom is the most productive advice I can suggest for any of us.

Those empathic feelings are normally quite hard to regulate. Many have a problem with that. I suspect that your higher self has assisted you with that in some way.

It is best to avoid feelings of fear or concern. You can only do that with confidence in all that you are, through your higher self relationship. May I ask if you are inclined to work towards that outcome?

Thanks,
John

I would like to try learning meditation to relax in a different way, too help with the dreams, though I'm not sure how to meditate without falling asleep. Would you have any tips?
I'm not sure what you mean by higher self? please explain?

Thanks.

My suggestion for meditation is this.

1) Schedule about 30-40 minutes of quiet time for yourself.
2) Enter a reflective state of mind and then formulate some good questions to ask yourself.
3) Intuitively imagine what the answers to each question "could be".

I consider meditations that emulate imaginary conversations with yourself to be especially productive. I also like to encourage this practice.

The higher self is a person's inner wisdom. A Christian would identify that aspect of them self as their Christ-ed awareness. You can also think of it as a person's soul awareness. There is also another awareness center that is an equally important factor and that is their subconscious or Inner Child. However the guidance will come from the higher self, so that is the place to start.

A productive meditation practice takes place when you put the acquired insights into some physical application. The cycle of questions, listening for answers, applying the insights, will lead to better questions and learning.

Best Wishes!!
John

Thanks.

I'll try it over my winter break.
