uh yeah, I forgot to add the "s" on the end of the word "male" (my bad)

unless you're indicating the gender of these men are actually wo-men.
I'm not trying to appear rude or start off with puns, there's a humongous debate in both politics and science on what it means to be male or female, when one is born in a different body have a different mind to determine what gender (s)he really is and to decide on gender reassigment surgery to become a "him" or "her".
What does it mean to be male or female? Okay, I can answer this: Do you have a 'Y' chromosome or a second 'X' chromosome? 'Y' means male. 'X' means female. Period.
All gender reassignment surgery does is alter someone's outward appearance to make them appear to be the gender that they were not born with, but ultimately you cannot completely change a person's physical gender. Sure, (s)he might
feel like (s)he is the opposite gender on the inside. But science is not at the point where you can just up and change the body you were born in. "Gender reassignment surgery" might make someone feel better about themselves, but it's all on the surface. It's just plastic surgery and hormonal treatments to give the body a more feminine or masculine appearance, depending on what the person wants. Those chromosomes will always be as they are, and you just can't change that.
I'm sorry if I sound cold to what is probably a very sensitive issue for some, but it's the truth.
