It is not quite five o’clock – a bit early for cocktail hour – yet Lex Jacott and Henk de Rooy are enjoying a giggle over a glass of chilled port.The backlit bar behind them glows, adorned with an assortment of bottles of designer beers, spirits and vodka.The two friends flirt in jest, toasting one another and bursting into laughter. It could be a scene in a swanky club in London, New York or Amsterdam, the latter only a 20-minute drive away.
