There was a time when everything Japanese was almost guaranteed to be of high quality.  As a nation they really seemed to have it together.  The EQ and Tsunami might have rattled the country more than we assumed.  I'm glad the rocket didn't fall on Tokyo.

The Japanese do not tell the public everything,and they do everything at a snails pace.
You have no idea.Everything must be talked to death ,before they even say ,well ok,we will consider this,for a while.
This is actually typically Japanese,but you would think with all the worry about this,they would have been a bit more on the ball about it.
