How does that happen? I was ticked off yesterday when they screwed up the US National Anthem before the Pens/Sens game. While I do find it funny (in both cases) I just can't see how something like that can happen.

I remember a baseball game where the Canadian flag was mistakenly displayed upside down by some idiot at a stadium in the US and the next game the American flag was treated likewise in Toronto....made quite a stir.

That's a pretty big goof. :lol:

If it's a genuine mistake though I would hope people could laugh at it rather than feel a need to fire the person.

That said though, I could understand why it would get someone fired.

wasnt something similar done to another country, except it was the death march that was played?

gotta love how she was a good sport about it though. it was pretty rude all the same, to get a countrys' national anthem so exceptionally wrong.
