She probably fought because of her baby. I'm glad they were successful in saving her and no one was injured during the effort - man or beast.

Thank you for this.Soooooo many dolphins are dying in the northeast and gulf areas.Record numbers.

Dolphins are considered to be the most intelligent mammal next to humans, so it is no doubt that the mother realized what the intentions of the two people involved were. Truly beautiful, they are. :)
