The B.C. Supreme Court is ordering a lesbian couple, now separated, to divide leftover sperm from their donor as part of the division of their assets.

The couple began a relationship in 1998 and each had one child during the marriage, using the donor sperm.

If they jointly owned them and one person decides they want to give their child a sibling, why should the other partner make the decision that they should all be destroyed?  It seems a little selfish to me.

How much do you think mine's worth? Want a photo guys?

I'm serious

Edit: The thought of lesbians fighting over my sperm just popped (or should I say splooged) into my head but in a much different context.
