Superior Court judge says Nazi dad can't have his four kids back

Adolf Hitler Campbell, six, and his younger sisters Joycelynn Aryan Nation, five, and Honszlynn Hinler, four, were taken into custody in January 2009.

State officials also took another son, Hons Campbell, from his parents Heath and Deborah Campbell just hours after he was born in November.

I was intrigued to read the unusual middle names that some posters mentioned. My middle name is 'Wednesday'. That's because when my father saw me for the first time, he said to my mother, "I think we'd better call it a day!"

BTW, it's said that I was so ugly, the midwife held me up by the ears and smacked my face!

I was a 'War Baby' - my parents took one look at me and started fighting!

Whilst crouched quivering in the dentist's waiting room this morning, I happened to glance at a rather ancient magazine lying on the chair next to me. According to one article, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie don't want their children attending any school that teaches Evolution. "Fair enough" I thought, "It's their choice". Then it occurred to me that with a son named 'Shiloh Pitt', they'd better make sure the school doesn't teach 'Spoonerisms' either!

Think about it!

Hope he is forced to change their names, as it would mean a life time of abuse for those children if their names remain intact.

How about if I ask a question.  Do you think that the kids should have been removed from the parents if they did nothing wrong besides naming their children how they did?

They should never have been removed from the parents for there names. That is just beyond wrong.

If changing there names will get back his children I am sure he would do it in a heart beat.

Seriously, these so called parents have absolutely no regard for these children's well being. Naming your child after a notorious evil dictator is not going to benefit that child in any way shape or form. That was just plain selfish on the parents behalf of what THEY wanted.
Think of the torture that kid would endure going through life with that name.
If these parents lived in your neighborhood would you let your kids go over to their house for playdates if they still had their children? I'm sure what they would educate your children on would be the highest quality racist, bigoted and ignorant crap that they could teach.

Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

From what I remember of the case, there were other charges besides the names... illegal weapons in the home and neglect or something. Can't remember 100%.

Giving children these names, in my opinion, is abuse in its own right.
Embrace the impossible.

While in bad taste, this is opening up a can of worms.   What names are OK?
Penn Jillette, from Penn and Teller, has a child names Moxie Crimefighter
Jason Lee, from My Name is Earl, named his son Pilot Inspektor

The line would have to be drawn in some way to determine what is a bad name and what is not.   Should a panel be set up and people must apply for the name?

To be honest, the names you mention are truly odd, but neither are redolent with the horrors and bigotry associated with the Nazi regime. There is clearly more going on in the Father's mind than simple "quirkiness"... There must be more behind this than we are being told about. It is entirely possible that the parents are just trying to curry favour with their local Nazis at their childrens expense - who knows? I dont.

Yes...they were also feuding with people who were threatening to blow their house up. That puts the kids in imminent danger.
