I guess each to their own.  It might not be bad living in a jet, that wing makes a nice deck but I would of got rid of that toilet and put in some carpeting.

That aircraft isn't a jumbo jet.

Kinda cool though and different. I bet he feels safe inside it with the way the doors work and the small windows. Wouldn't be easy for someone to break into.

I agree it is not a jumbo..and I agree it is cool.. I agree it would be hard to break into....but hey he could at least tidy it up a bit.. looks a bit sloppy inside  lol

Haha, that is true. He did say things like the shower are temporary, so hopefully we will get to see it when he is finished.

Interesting I guess. I hope things improve once he gets it all done though.
So far it just looks like a glorified trailer house, crammed and kinda sloppy looking.

Hope we'll get to see it when its all done.

Oh yes I would love to see it once it is all finished...  I have never seen anyone turn a plane into a home before...  If he posts up  pics of the finished look ...I am sure it will capture a lot of attention...   I wonder if more people will copy him ?....People going to the bank looking to take out of mortgage  on an old plane....  Can you picture a park...few old planes in it  all dollied up  with curtains and little flower pots along the side.....  A TV aerial and satellite dish fixed on the top near the cockpit ..... plane homes all over the place . And IF a neighbor has a real jumbo as his home, he is the envy and classed as a show off  lol ......  Imagine the home address  ->  747 Jumbo Lane - Virgin Airline field UK  !!

HAHAHAHA! That is funny. I love the 747 bit. lol

It would give all those aircaft rotting a second chance, especially in the US. Those plane graveyards are HUGE!

There is some really nice private jets that are set up with all this stuff and look amazing. But they look more like flying hotels.
