I don't believe it. Is it true?

The fiber optic probe traveled upward into the shaft for several yards turning and twisting until it came to an open chamber approx. ten feet deep and five feet high.
What it reveled inside that chamber was shocking.
Standing in the middle of the room in front of a second doorway was the skeletal remains of an animal.
But this was no ordinary animal.
It appeared to be a large cat with a deformed human head standing guard in front of the entrance to the second chamber.

2009 story. Photoshop has improved so much since then! And "Flashman" is the eponymous con artist in George MacDonald Fraser's "Flashman" novels.

Why do the photos show completely different details of quality? Some people are just too gullible.

"For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and slain of the LORD shall be many. Wow, unbelievable that anyone would think this is real. I am sure the creator of this made more money off the hoax than he would have with real photos. Smart business is not always good business.
