Dear Doc, my toaster and I used to have great times together whilst making my breakfasts, but most mornings nowadays Old Toasty seems much more distant and less talkative. Should I try to salvage this relationship, or is it time to start seeing other appliances?

While Doc is out maybe I could give you some advice.
I suggest you pay more attention to your toasters real feelings and try to understand what the toasters deeper yearning are as well.
Take long and hot showers together, and also long walks on the beach in the moonlight.

PS: Also, you should be the one who delivers toasted bread in the morning for once, and not always depend upon your toaster to deliver.
If all fails, try to hit it off with the coffee-maker. At least then you have a cup of good java in the morning.

If you have a toaster that talks, I recommend you definitely hang on to it and try to work things out....OR you might want to seek like REAL professional help because you have a "relationship" with a talking toaster lol idk that's tough one :P

Hey, there is absolutely nothing wrong with talking to your toaster. The problems arise when it talks back :P

Dump it and upgrade.  Salvage = trying to get rich from scrap, usually broken items, imo.

Don't feel guilty... every woman I know has a trail of broken toasters in her wake.  It doesn't make them any less a woman or any less disireable  :)

Dr Eldorado! Your UM problem solver.
A problem shared is a problem laughed at!
(Do not use the forum to request or provide help with medical conditions or medications, you are always best to seek the advice of your doctor.)

Got Something Bugging You? Ask Dr Eldorado, PHD ( Pretty Handsome Dude)!

Dear Dr El
Last week my girlfriend told me that she’s been probed by aliens. Should I worry about this? -- Joe

Sadly, Joe you should. There’s no telling what the probe was, who did the probing and why. Girls tend to be a wee bit untruthful in this regard so I’d advise dumping her.

Dear Dr El
My dog talks to me. -- Sid

Dear Sid, as long as you never follow it’s advice, you’ll be fine.

Dear Dr El
With the approaching Doomsday should I abandon my 9 to 5 life and live out my fantasies? -- Mildred

Mildred, my dear. Don’t be silly.

Dear Dr El
I’m worried sick about Jack the Ripper. What can we do? -- Nathanial

Well, Nat I’d advise you give up your career as an East London prostitute. As for the rest of us, I think we’ll be safe.

Dear Dr El
Is there any truth in the rumour that a great number of highly intelligent people are sometimes cursed with being rude, offensive and obnoxious? -- Salty the Seal

That’s a hard one, Salty. I’d say, yes.

Dear Dr El
I’ve been dating a zombie for 6 days and 3 hours now, El and he hasn’t even nibbled my ear. What’s the deal? -- Stacey

He’s quite obviously gay, Stacey-pie. Dump him.  You're too good for him anyway.

Need A Short Answer To A Short Question? Ask Dr Eldorado!

I was thinking of starting a thread like this for shy guys who need dating tips,as we appear to have a lot of them on here.

Don't act like a jerk, don't get drunk, make her smile and have plenty in your wallet.  How's that for a tip?  lol

Go for it!  What will you call it?  Shy Guys?  UM servers would buckle under the requests for "help", in my opinion.  lol again.
