How do you envision peace on earth? In as many or as few words as possible tell us.

The answers will differ, because every person thinks of peace in slightly different way. For me, peace on earth means:

- NO WARS (wouldn't it be lovely?)
- end of racism and rasistic behaviour between people
- peace for animals (I hate animal cruelty and people who do that)
- religion freedom (you would be suprised, but it's not matter of course)
- sufficiency of food

That's my envision of peace on Earth. I have to add this one though - since I'm against guns, I'm saying that guns don't belong to civilians. Surely it's a bit naive point of view and I realize that, but hey - I'm just answering the question ;-).

An essential change of human nature where we no longer  express the capacity to hate or covet.  Where there is no anger and we truly are more interested in making others happy than in seeking happiness for ourselves.  When those conditions reign there would be peace.

The only way there will be peace on Earth is if humans are all dead, sadly.

Place the Dalai Lama in charge of the world, maybe. I think if everyone had some quality of Buddha-mind things would settle down.

PEACE is not the absence of WAR.
PEACE is already on the Earth it is within every human being. The trouble is most are too busy looking outside of themselves to be able to find it. There is a PEACE you can imagine and a PEACE you can’t imagine, that’s the PEACE I am talking about, why can’t you imagine it you have no reference point. People go to a place that is really quiet and they say it’s so peaceful, so does that mean that deaf people have Peace? I have seen deaf people arguing with sign language.

An end to people trying to mould the world around their own view of how it should be.....using their own deficiencies, inadequacies and hang-ups and trying to make rules that effect the wider population. It starts under the guise of protecting people, and ends with the enslavement of the mind.....you can't have peace whilst the weaker tip toe around trying appease the mentally stronger. Social standings, morals and beliefs rely on this MO remaining in tact...

It is actually a very rough road to achieve that kind of peace you're talking about. And not every person is able to do that during the lifetime.

Still, we'd have more peace without wars, wouldn't we?

A totalitarian scientocracy whose ultimate aim is a utopian world which would produce a world society composed entirely of polymaths, each and every one of its members the intellectual equal of the greatest geniuses of the past.
