Developing incredible memory

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any tips, advice, or suggestions on how to improve memory?

My goal is to have a memory that most would consider super-human.

I'm interested in developing and training memory, I'd also like to train some other mind skills if possible.

Thank you!

Dont know whether this is true or not but i read in dracula, that by keeping a journal and writing every thing that happened during the day will make you be able to remember all the minute details of the day. dream diary as well for in the morning. its a good idea to improve your memory, i might join you in pursuing this

Using association helps me but my memory is not special for calling up info on demand. I have a wonderful grasp for totally useless trivia though :w00t:

Maybe if I use memory tricks everyday, it will become natural for my brain and I'll be able to remember things in a flash.

  • 1 year later...

I like to have 10-30 items put on a tray 3-5 min of looking, remove tray, then make a list. Have several trays.

There's apps to help, games books-many things-you just have to follow through With them.
