Uh...I gathered that this was an employee dressed up as a ghost (ie, not an actual ghost). As to why the incident was swept away..lack of evidence perhaps? Sometimes when things come down to "he said, she said" the police don't want to deal with it (not saying that's right mind you).

Yes.It was one of those mock up haunted houses,within a dept store. I would bet money,she was just the first one to complain .
This stuff is so commonly ignored in places like Thailand,the Philippines and Japan .
In Japan ,if a woman is raped at work,which is very common,and she dares to complain,she is the one mocked ,ostrasized,and bullied ,for daring to complain..Date rape is off the charts there too .

I guess women's rights have a long way to go in some countries/ideologies.
