So now,if its a mile high ,how long does it take to drive one mile ,as we can assume an elevator goes much slower than a car.
It will take many minutes,to get to the top,and I'm wondering if people will need oxygen masks at that height ?
Seems fairly impractical on some levels.
Some developers is over compensating for something...hmmm....

with clouds same level as your windows, i wouldnt want to rent a floor there.
