Did you know that over here we have south wind that brings warm air, low atmospheric pressure, rain and stupidity?
Seriously, this is my brain stem writing this while the brain is unconscious and do I have to mention what low AP does to invertebrate such as my hatopus?

Of course I care, I especially care if you have a wind that makes people stupider than usual?
Because did you know that back in the old days, the council of city of Dubrovnik would not meet nor make any decisions while the south wind was blowing?

And what was the perfectly good reason for that?

Like I said, over here the south wind brings humidity and low atmospheric pressure and the consequence is drowsiness, so, have you ever met someone who was clever while drowsy?
Back in the old days councils were supposed to make good decisions, does that sound like a job for a bunch of drowsy guys?
