Ok, here in South Carolina we had a guy who was having sex with a horse. He got sent to jail, horse complained she hasn't gotten a card, letter or phone call from him since.

No, not a big mystery, but what a love story, eh?

Just say neigh...

How two rich guys living in the fashion capitol of the east coast can have such bad hair/wigs is something I can't explain or comprehend.

This is a comb-over under a comb-forward and a comb-back! His hair must be two feet long to make all those turns!

While this is a very vague question prone to the discression of the poster.. i would have to say the Ohio Grassman. THough i would wager that it is nothing more than an out of place creature such as a baboon... I do recall reading somewhere that there was a baboon skull found in the vicinity of the are in which the alleged grassman was sighted... and as of late.. Ohio is known to be home to ALL sorts of exotic animals.

In Eli's case, I honestly can't tell if that's just bad hair or a bad toupee. Peyton was almost bald when he finished up at Tennessee.

Newfoundland. Well...we've got loads of sea monster reports (for the obvious reason on being on an island), plus some ghost stories and a few globsters, most of which have been identified.

Oregons unexplained :

Welfare system....

Third generation welfare families...
No drug testing for welfare.....
No need to look for jobs while on welfare...
Have more kids for more welfare ( un-wed )....
Go fishing and hunting more then working people while on welfare...

It really is a unexplained mystery here, no one can figure out what the State is not seeing, and why nothing is being done about it.

The meth dealers are happy though.

The closest thing to 'unexplained phenomena' I know of for my hometown is Fisher's ghost.

A legend according to wikipedia; some think otherwise.
http://en.wikipedia....her's_ghost

I'm unsure if this next case is related, but there is another story that I remember hearing when I was little about a ghost in my hometown's theatre.

Apparently one night after a stage performance was finished and everyone had left the theatre one man(?) stayed behind to clean up back stage. He heard clear sounds of footsteps on stage and went to check out who was there, and to his surprise there wasn't a sign of anybody around that could of made them. The theatre isn't very far from the location Fisher's ghost was seen either, so I don't know if that's of any significance to ghost enthusiasts. I figure both stories are likely fiction, but yeah people say otherwise..

Edit: Found another link to the fishers ghost story: (The theatre is to the right, so they do appear to be related)

Although I live in PA now, I grew up in New Jersey, so I'd have to say my state's weirdest unexplained phenomenon is "Jersey Shore."

All right, I see what's going on. This is the opening salvo in what will be an escalating series of juvenile tit for tat exchanges. Well titted! Stand by for my upcoming tat. --Dr. Sheldon Cooper
