Hi Atlantia!

Ugh some of the terms. Anyhow, as I'm a true cockney born within the sound of Bow Bells, I can say that this isn't true London/cockney slang :P  Shame I lost my cockney accent when I moved up to the North of England!

This isn't Cockney slang so I didn't choose a website that mixes the two. this is the very modern american influenced pop culture 'chav' slang.
If you look on youtube there are clips of a comedy show called 'phoneshop' where you'll hear it spoken. The ones from '4OD comedy' are from the adctual programme maker so should be fine with copyright. Be warned though, there is some strong language.

Is that the lingo they all speak when they go around mugging old ladies and stealing Frosty Jack's from the local newsagent?
