I agree with this.  People tend to lump everything unseen into the category of ghosts/spirits.  There are many different kinds of unseen entities.  Each of them have different agendas, capabilities, energy requirements, ect.

I do believe certain types of entities are capable of physically harming us.  Luckily it requires a lot of effort on their part so they choose when and where carefully.
