That look in your eyes said it all to me,
It was the moment you and I stopped being we,
Suddenly the passed 3 years became a pain for you,
And all you wanted was to move on through,
Towards another place, another life,
So you departed in the middle of the night cold as ice,

Morning came, past and went away,
Day after day,
Now our roads met again,
Though in other ways then back then,
I kneel infront of your grave,
And with my final breathing wave,
I finally speak the words I should have spoken so long ago,
While we fought and moved on through, I always loved you so
